Executives at online casinos group Doyles Room are reportedly keen to bring outgoing Party Gaming chief Richard Segal into the fold. The popular online casinos group has a significant North American client base and is now looking for new ways in which to reach out to European and Asian casino players. Segal, who was responsible for initiatives intended to wean Party Gaming of its traditional dependence on U.S. fans of online casinos, could bring useful knowledge to the table.

Inside sources at Doyles say the online casinos group is interested in having Segal serve as chief executive officer for their operation. Michael Kogan, director of marketing for Doyles, has praised Segal for his exemplary service during his tenure at the online casinos poker firm, and has indicated that if the ex-chief is keen for a new challenge, Doyles is more than happy to discuss the terms of an agreement with him. The online casinos firm has also stated that it would accommodate Segal’s wish to be based in London.

Segal announced his departure from Party Gaming last month following his decision not to relocate to the headquarters of the online casinos firm in Gibraltar for family reasons. Party Gaming’s management are currently seeking a replacement for Segal. Several high profile names in the online casinos industry have been mentioned in connection with the position, however an official announcement is yet to be made.
